Can I combine multiple rewards in one order?

Once I have redeemed a reward with my points if I change my mind, can I get a refund on those points?
No. Once points have been redeemed for a reward, even if the order is not completed, those points cannot be refunded to a member's account. All redeemed rewards are final.
After referring a friend, when do I receive my $20 Off coupon code?
Once you submit a referral, your friend must complete a purchase of $20 or more using your unique referral code. When that purchase is completed, your reward will be automatically added to your account. To learn more about how to earn points and rewards, visit our Rewards Page.
How do I earn points for reviewing products?
Simply log into your membership account and review a product you’ve purchased to earn 250 rewards points. That’s it! Your points will be automatically added to your account. Please note that you will only receive points for reviews made on products you have purchased while logged into your account.
Do my points expire?
As long as your account is being used, your points will never expire. However, points will expire after one (1) year of inactivity if you have not earned or redeemed any points within that time frame.
